Due to DOT regulations, lithium batteries ship by ground service only. We currently support shipping within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship lithium batteries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or locations that require air transportation. If your address is outside our standard service area, please contact us before placing an order.
ReliableVolt may dispatch lithium battery orders from available US warehouse inventory. Lithium batteries require ground shipping and destination restrictions.

Lithium batteries ship by ground service and may require specific packaging, labels, documentation and carrier acceptance. Air transportation is not part of the standard ReliableVolt shipping path.
Lithium battery checkout is subject to ground shipping restrictions. Some destinations may require manual confirmation before an order can be accepted.
Processing time varies by product availability, order quantity and required shipping documentation. Delivery time is not guaranteed unless carrier service confirms it.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and any destination requiring air transportation are restricted. Contiguous U.S. residential or commercial addresses still require carrier acceptance before shipment.
2-pack, 4-pack and larger orders may ship in separate packages or require freight coordination.
